Job/Person Summary
Located on the outskirts of Southampton, our school is seeking to appoint a leader/Classteacher.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strengths in teaching and learning. This role is open to an experienced leader or someone seeking a leadership role to join our committed and aspirational leadership team. The head teacher is looking for an ambitious teacher who has vision and the desire to achieve outstanding learning for all pupils at our school. She is seeking a creative and organised individual, with excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to manage change and promote best practice.
Successful candidates will be supported with dedicated release time in their first year to support them in the achievement of the vision.
