We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher to join our hardworking team.

About the role
The role will involve working in partnership with the class teacher, supporting groups of children in the classroom and delivering planned learning to groups or individuals. In addition, the role may also involve supporting pupils with specific learning and behavioural needs on a 1:1 basis.
Applicants will be required to:
Have GCSE's at grades 9 to 4 (A* to C) including English and Maths
Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills
Have the ability to build effective working relationships with pupils and adults
Have the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
Understand confidentiality and show commitment to safeguarding pupils wellbeing and equality
Have skills and expertise in understanding the needs of all pupils
Show confidence in supporting children in their learning and their play
A commitment to getting the best outcomes for all pupils and promoting the ethos and values of the school

Established in May 2018 the Inspire Learning Partnership is a Multi Academy Trust formed from two small Trusts.
